After 18 years, I know how to provide a good product at a good price with reliable and friendly service. A few of my customers & I have an 18 year relationship.
One of my long-time customers has paid me the highest compliment. At the Regional Sales Meeting for this publicly traded company, I was the key note speaker; he introduced me by saying that I have the integrity that allows him to sleep at night. After 5 years, we haven't missed a deadline. In a room of sales associates, that is something I can appreciate. One day, long before this sales meeting, I drove 180 miles for a deadline. This client is a commercial print business and reflects the trust this man, & his associates all over the South & Southwest, have in me not to sell to their end users.
